Hi!
I'm Fernando from Argentina.I love creating illustrations and designs of epic fantasy worlds.During my experience as an artist I have worked developing and designing board games, comics for publishers and visual designs for some brands.I use Adobe programs to paint these wonderful pieces of art.
But I also like to use traditional art materials such as oiled paint, acrylic, watercolors, markers, pencils, etc.
Terms & Conditions
By commissioning the artist’s services,
the client agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Agreement Acceptance
The agreement is considered accepted and valid once the client submits the required down payment. From that moment on, both parties are bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Payments
A 50% down payment of the total price is required to secure a commission slot.The remaining 50% must be paid when the project is approximately 90% completed, prior to final delivery for review.No work will begin without confirmation of the down payment.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations are not accepted once the down payment has been made.No refunds will be issued after the agreement is confirmed.If the project is interrupted by the client, the artist will deliver the work completed up to that point, equivalent to the amount paid.Full refund is only possible if I can't start your art.
4. Workflow and Communication
The artist will provide regular updates, usually on a weekly basis.The client agrees to respond within a reasonable timeframe to avoid delays in the schedule.Be patient.
5. Revisions
Revisions will only be made after full payment has been completed.Revisions are limited to reasonable adjustments and do not include full reworks unless previously agreed upon.
6. Changes and Additional Requests
Any request not included in the original agreed plan will be considered additional work.Additional requests will incur an extra charge, which will be quoted and approved by the client before proceeding.
7. Delivery
The final work will be delivered in the format and conditions previously agreed upon.The artist is not responsible for issues arising from improper use of the delivered material.
8. Usage and Rights
The art is for Personal Use. Do not erease the watermark.Commercial use can be discuted (more info in Commercial Use).Usage rights for the final work are transferred to the client only after full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.The artist retains the right to display the work in portfolios, social media, or promotional materials unless prior confidentiality has been agreed upon.
9. Liability
The artist is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, external technical issues, or lack of response from the client.
10. Conduct
Respectful and professional behavior is expected from both parties.The artist reserves the right to refuse or terminate a commission in cases of abusive or disrespectful conduct.
Important Information
Don't uses the art for AI or NTF.Clients receive the digital file, not prints.References and details must be clear.I can draw anything in my style, but if the commission is nfsw, gore, politic art, etc. The watermarks will be removed and the price increases by 50%.
Commercial Use
By requesting a commission for commercial use, the watermarks will be removed and you will be able to merchandise the art.The price increases by 100%.Remember, don't uses the art for AI or NFT.
